No matter what I need done they are more than happy to help at a reasonable price. They are very friendly 🙂
I took my 4runner to the dealership for a tune-up and they said I needed several thousand dollars in repairs so I brought my truck to Padonia Auto for another opinion - I could not have been happier. They immediately called me to let me know their diagnosis, which needless to say was much better than the dealership. They are very honest and reliable, I would recommend to anyone.
and still running smoothly thanks to Padonia Auto Service. A ten-year customer, I am always pleased with the quality, reasonable price, promptness, and honest service provided!
I have been bringing my company vehicles to Padonia Auto for years. They always go out of their way to get my vehicles back on the road as soon as possible in order to keep my guys working. Excellent service with fair pricing.
My battery died when I was dropping my son off at school. I did a google search on my phone for nearby auto service shops. I picked them because they were the closest and asked if they did jumps. The mechanic said they don't do towing jump services but when I told him I was stranded in front of my son's school, he said he'd come over and help me out.
Turned out, I needed a new battery. I followed the mechanic back to the shop and had a battery installed immediately. No wait, fair price and friendly service. I'd trust these guys with any car I owned.
I've been going to Padonia for a couple of years now. I always get honest and friendly service. They will treat you right and only fix what is broken.
i have been a customer at Padonia for many years. The owner, Kevin, was a mechanic for years before becoming an owner. He knows his stuff and runs a great, honest business. His focus is on making only needed repairs and being fair and reasonable in his charges.
I am sure that he knows that since most people fear being ripped off in this business, they wont want to go anywhere else for their repairs. He's right.
Also, misdiagnosis can be costly in some cases. He knew there was a known problem with my GM car that the other mechanic didn't diagnose. The difference between an unnecessary repair to the alternator and a much cheaper repair to the system (can't remember the exact problem) was like a savings of $400 with parts and labor.
Whew! Sometimes honesty isn't enough. You need capable, experienced staff too. Thankfully, they have both.
Great service! Prompt timely and helpful, would recommend to family and friends!
